RizmiWare is looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team and support our sales and business development activities.

The role focuses on handling inbound leads, communicating with potential clients, and converting opportunities into successful deals, mainly in ERP, Odoo, and SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Website, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
  • Contact potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Present company services and products in a clear and professional way
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings (online or on-site)
  • Maintain accurate lead status and updates
  • Support sales pipeline management and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder and Technical Team to understand solutions and pricing
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and lead conversion

 🧩 About the Role

We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to collaborate on a project focused on building AI-driven language and retrieval systems.

This is a project-based position, ideal for someone passionate about applying AI to real-world use cases — not research, but tangible impact.

⚙️ Responsibilities


  • Develop and optimize machine learning pipelines for language understanding and retrieval.

  • Design, train, and fine-tune models for text processing, similarity, and reasoning.

  • Integrate ML components with existing backend systems and APIs.

  • Work closely with the tech team to ensure clean, scalable, and efficient implementation.

  • Document your workflow and deliver production-ready code.

🎯 Requirements


  • Hands-on experience in Machine Learning or NLP projects (at least 1–2 completed end-to-end).

  • Strong Python background with practical use of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.).

  • Understanding of language models (LLMs) and retrieval-based AI concepts.
